Wood Description

Sapwood distinct, light yellowish grey (S-IScm)
Heartwood dark brown, reddish brown or yellowish red brown with white or brown streaks
Grain straight to interlocked, very variable
Texture medium to coarse
Remark slightly sour odour; rather harsh to the touch
